Beneath his rough exterior, Master Boy Scout Felix Kamp is quietly honored to be able to witness so many boys in his care as they take their first steps into adulthood. This is what Scouting is, and your job as a leader is to make sure they understand the importance of what they are doing. He’s there to lead, guide, and advise – sometimes as a friendly father figure, sometimes as strict discipline, keeping these boys in line with a steady hand.
